2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all products are accurately described and that the information displayed on our website is up to date.

Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Typographical errors, pricing errors and other inaccuracies may occasionally occur. No rights can be derived from such errors.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country or region. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location before completing their purchase.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Estimated shipping time after processing: 1–7 business days, depending on the delivery destination.

Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by high order volumes, public holidays, courier services or customs clearance do not entitle customers to cancel an order or request a refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and entered into processing.

Refund requests or chargebacks may not be initiated before the ordered item has been delivered.

6. Liability

Maison Lorenne is not liable for loss or damage during shipment if the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

In all circumstances, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, logos, graphics, branding and website design, is the exclusive property of Maison Lorenne.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission from Maison Lorenne.

Complaints may be submitted by email to info@maisonlorenne.com.

We aim to respond within five business days.

If your complaint relates to the size, fit or quality of a product, please include clear photographs together with a detailed description of the issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Maison Lorenne is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
