Please note that deliveries may take longer during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs clearance procedures.

3. Shipping Method and Origin
To reduce unnecessary waste and minimise our environmental impact, Maison Lorenne ships products directly from our supplier located in China.
Depending on your country of delivery, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply.
Our orders are shipped through trusted international shipping partners.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination country and the selected shipping method.
5. Tracking Your Order
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after shipment.
Your tracking link will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are also responsible for checking whether their package will be delivered to their home address or to a local collection point, and for collecting it if necessary.

6. Responsibility After Delivery
Once the tracking information confirms that the package has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
